Woof Fest - Trading Stand Registration

Woof Fest will take place on Sunday 12 May 2024, from 10am - 4pm, at Chester House Estate in Northamptonshire, for the third year running.

Book your trading stall and showcase your products, based on previous years we are expecting a great take up with over 1.5k - 3k visitors on the day. The program on the day will include but isn’t limited to events such as Flyball Demonstrations, a Fun Dog Show, Dog Agility, Haybale Racing, Hoopers, Dog Trainer Talks, Grooming Demonstrations and much more . There will also be live music, a picnic area and plenty of food and refreshments for visitors on the day.

All shopping stalls will be located amidst the attractions in the estate landscape and on our main shopping stretch on the estate drive, allowing visitors to trail through the estate past the shopping stalls.

The perfect day out for dogs and their family owners. The event will be advertised and promoted locally through newspaper, radio and social media coverage, and will be the one of the largest scale dog themed events in the Northamptonshire County.

We welcome applications from small businesses and traders, whether they are offering dog related products or not. To ensure a good outcome of all traders and businesses involved, we will limit the number of accepted stall applications for popular trading categories such as Natural Dog Treats, Cakes & Bakes, Candles and Jewellery.

Please ensure you list all product main product categories you are looking to sell on the day, in respect of fellow trading stalls, we can't permit the display and sale of newly added and unregistered product category on the day. If you wish to add to your offering after you registered your stand, please email us with what products and categories you would like to add to your stand offering, so we an ensure that this doesn't clash with other popular categories or stall neighbours offering on the day.
