MATERIAL
BioThane® is the brand name of the highest quality waterproof webbing that is currently available on the market. The material is durable, waterproof, easy to clean and remains always odour-free. We only use the original BioThane® brand material, because of its higher quality, softer and more durable ability than other cheaper competing waterproof materials on the market.
For even more colour variety, we do also offer regular waterproof webbing, which is not BioThane®, you can find these at the bottom of our colour chart, highlighted by the white background.

HARNESS SIZING
We need the following measurements from you to ensure a great fitting harness (see the image above for guidelines):
A: Girth Measurement (behind the front legs)
B: Shoulder Blades to top of Girth
C: Top of Shoulder (lower neck)
D: Breast Bone to Bottom of Girth
PLEASE NOTE: When taking the measurement for C (lower neck piece of the harness), take into account your dogs head measurements (widest part), to ensure that the harness will fit over your dogs head. The neck piece of the harness is made to measure and not adjustable.

HARDWARE:
Most of our hardware is colour coated zinc, which although durable is not fully resistant to abrasion and corrosion. If your dog plays in sea water, please ensure you choose Stainless Steel or Gold Brass for your hardware, to ensure you have a rust proof products, that is suitable for use by the sea side.
GOOD TO KNOW:
We handcraft every product to order, usually within 2-3 business days. If something isn't right, you can exchange your product up to 7 days after delivery. To qualify for an exchange the product must be in a new and unused condition. As we are a small business, please note that the Return & Exchange postage has to be covered by the buyer. Please note custom orders and sizes or used products, cannot be exchanged.
We test every product and hardware and we do not sell anything we are not happy with; however we recommend to always check your dog’s walking accessories before use, and to keep your dog safe we recommend to replace products that have signs of wear and tear.
Our materials are like most things not resistant to being chewed by dog’s teeth. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any damage to our products that has been caused by your dog.
