Sizing Guide

Before you order your collar we recommend that you measure the neck circumference of your pet. This way we can ensure that the collar will fit perfectly, Below you can see our general size ranges, but as every collar is made to order, it can be made to the measurements you require, at no extra costs.

When taking a measurement, please use a soft measuring tape and measure your pets neck, adding two fingers under the tape will give you a good comfortable fit. Alternatively, you can measure the inside circumference of a closed up well fitting collar. 

For our fixed Paracord Rope Collars, we will generally add 1.5-2" to your provided neck measurement, taking into account the size of your dog. Therefore please let us know if you already added some length for a loose fit.

Processing Times & Delivery

We are incredibly proud to be able to offer you high quality handmade products, which we are able to make and dispatch, in just 1-3 business days. This means we get your orders out as fast as most businesses, that sell products, which are just picked and packed.  

 

Please note, that we can't be held responsible for delays by the postal services itself. We will always endeavor to assist if any problems occur with our couriers, but sometimes delays just happen, and are out of our control.

Our products are dispatched through Tracked Delivery via Royal Mail, please know that in the rare case where your product has not arrived, we are only able to contact them to submit a claim 4 weeks, after the item has been posted.

We provide tracking details, in your order overview, so that you can track your parcel from the moment we hand it over to the courier. If you had no update on your tracking status, after 10 days of our dispatch date, please get in touch and we will do our utmost to help you.

Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGING & RETURNING - READY MADE PRODUCTS

We do accept exchanges on our products which are from our pre-set colours and "click and buy" options in our shop.. This includes our single colour Biothane Sets, or set products, if they haven't been altered or customised.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us via email within 7 days after the delivery and let us know why you would like to return your item.

We will accept your exchange or a refund if the returned product is in unused, unwashed and the same condition it has been sold in. We can't accept refunds or exchanges on products that have been used, are damaged or are returned later than 14 days after delivery. Please also see our section below for Conditions of Returns

EXCHANGING & RETURNING - CUSTOMISED / DESIGN YOUR OWN PRODUCTS

Please note that we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for any of our Design Your Own, altered, customized and personalized products.

This is as these products would have been made to order to your specifications, and returns or exchanges are not possible, unless the items were damaged or defective at the point of delivery. 

If you believe your package has been damaged in transit, please ensure that you can provide evidence of the damaged packaging and where possible report this directly to the courier/postal service on delivery.

CANCELLATION OF CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

Please note that once your product order has been placed, and the production process has been started, we can not accept cancellations. In cases where, we accept order cancellations we reserve the right to charge a small cancellation and processing fee.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

The buyer is responsible for the save return of the products for refund or exchange processing.

Please ensure to post your items back 7 days after receipt, in a new and unused condition. In case of exchanges, please note that we are only able to send out the exchange product, after we safely receive your return.

In all cases of return, please ensure that you package the item securely and use the original packaging where possible, any damage to the product in return transit would be deductible from the product value of the refund or exchange.

We strongly recommend that you choose tracked/recorded delivery for your returns, Trinkety Paws will not be held responsible or refund value on items that are lost in return transit. Please note that if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible in for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the refundable value. When issuing your refund, we will issue a refund for the product purchase value only, please note that postage fees will not be refunded. 

WARRANTY & NEED TO KNOW

We test every product and hardware and we do not sell anything we are not happy with; however we recommend using caution on all your products if your dog pulls a lot.

Although our products are durable, we recommend to  check your dog’s collar or/and lead before use, and we recommend to replace products that have signs of wear and tear, which could impact the safety of the product.
BioThane® and Paracord are a manmade materials and like most things not resistant to being chewed by dog’s teeth. Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any damage to our products that has been caused by your or other dogs. Please note that we also can't be held responsible for any situations where your dog breaks free from their collar or lead.

We use colour coated zinc hardware for the majority of our products, which although very durable, are not resistant to rust and tarnishing. We also offer Gold Brass and Stainless Steel as our hardware option for most products, and we recommend that you purchase either of those, if you wish to use your products in or near sea water, as both of these are resistant to rust and tarnishing.
Please note that the colours on our charts may vary slightly from the actual product colours, if you would like to see some addition product images, or would like to match an existing accessory, please just message us prior to placing your order.

Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from Trinkety Paws, contact us, or otherwise use our services through this websites or other related sites and services we use to promote our business.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including any third party services you access through providers Trinkety Paws is using (Facebook, Instagram etc.).

Information Trinkety Paws collects:
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and details for the production of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information.

Why we need your Information and how we use it:
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• As needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list;
• If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
• As necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving our services.

Information about my customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. We generally keep your data for a time period of 7 years, after the date of purchase.
