✉️ Exchanges & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Trinkety Paws purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you exchange, return, or receive a credit note in line with the policy below.


✅ What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

You can return or exchange items from our standard, pre-designed range within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and in new condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact (where applicable)

You can then choose

An exchange for another size or product, or a credit note for future use in our online shop.


🚫 Items Excluded from Returns

Due to their handmade and bespoke nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom or “Design Your Own” products
  • Personalised or made-to-measure orders
  • Sale or Outlet items
  • Used or damaged products

📬 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Email info@trinketypaws.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Include your order number, name, and reason for return
  • Once approved, post the item to:

💰 Postage, Refunds & Condition Checks

  • Buyers are responsible for return and/or exchange postage costs
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service
  • Refunds are issued only in cases of faulty or incorrect items
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once approved

Please note:
If an item is returned used, worn, damaged, or showing signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess fit, we reserve the right to deduct an amount from any refund to reflect the loss in value, or to refuse the return where appropriate.


🔄 Restocking & Processing

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds (not exchanges)
  • For exchanges, replacement items will be dispatched once the original item has been received and inspected

⚙️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If you believe your item has arrived faulty or not as described, please contact us before returning it, including clear photos. We’ll review promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


💡 Extra Tips

  • Always include your name and order number inside the parcel
  • Keep proof of postage until your return is confirmed
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot process returns for used items
