All of our products are individually handmade to order in our Northamptonshire workshop. Most orders are crafted and dispatched within 2–3 business days, though bespoke or highly customised designs may take a little longer.

Shipping times outside the UK can also take a little longer depending on destination and customs processing, but rest assured - we’ll always provide a tracking link with your dispatch email, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Yes - non-custom items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. You’ll find full details and our return address on our Returns & Exchanges page.

As all Design Your Own, made-to-measure, and personalised items are crafted specifically for you, these cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. However, if there’s an issue with your order - or if your sizing isn’t quite right, please get in touch. If alterations are possible, we’ll always do our best to help.

Our collars, harnesses and leads are all available in multiple sizes, lengths and widths, and we also offer made-to-measure options.

You can check our Collar Size Guide on each product page, we recommend to measure your dogs neck, to establish which size range will work best for your dog. Or if you are unsure just message us with your dog’s neck measurement - we’ll help you find the perfect size.

We stand behind every product we make. Trinkety Paws products come with a 6-month warranty, covering any manufacturing faults.

Normal wear and tear or chewing damage isn’t included, but we’re always happy to help with repairs or replacement parts whenever possible.

BioThane® is a premium polyester webbing with a waterproof PVC coating that makes it far more practical than leather or rope.

It doesn’t absorb water, mud, or odours, and it stays flexible in all weather conditions. Unlike leather, it won't stretch or stiffen, and unlike rope or nylon, it doesn’t fray, absorb dirt or hold bacteria.

For busy pet owners, this means an easy wipe-clean product that looks new for longer, is hypoallergenic, more hygienic and is also stylish.

Our BioThane® products are designed to withstand daily use, whether that’s adventurous walks, muddy fields, or anything in between.

The material is stronger than leather or regular webbing, UV-resistant, and hypoallergenic, making it safe for even the most sensitive dogs. Because it doesn’t absorb moisture or dirt, it reduces the risk of skin irritation and is more hygienic, even in multi-dog settings.

Extremely easy! BioThane® is non-porous and completely waterproof, so mud, sweat, and generic dirt simply wipe away.

For a deeper clean, it can be soaked, rinsed or disinfected without damaging the material, making it one of the most hygienic dog accessory materials available.

But mostly just simply wipe it down with warm soapy water and a soft cloth - no machine washing needed. Your Trinkety Paws gear will look as good as new in seconds.

No material is completely chew-proof, and BioThane® is no exception. While the coating is tough and resists surface damage, determined chewing can mark or weaken it. That said, BioThane® webbing is significantly more resistant to chewing than regular nylon or rope, and the internal webbing remains strong unless heavily compromised. We always recommend advising customers not to leave collars, leads, or harnesses unattended on dogs that are likely to chew accessories.

Our Premium and Everlast Ranges also feature corrosion-resistant, solid brass, stainless-steel or aircraft-grade Aluminium Hardware and Locking Carabiners, that have a break strength of 400kg, perfect for strong pullers, escape artists, working dogs, or regular seaside adventures.

Yes — BioThane® is soft, flexible, and smooth, with no rough edges or fabric absorption. It’s gentle against your dog’s coat and won’t cause rubbing or irritation, even with daily wear.

The material is especially ideal for dogs with sensitive skin or longer coats, as its “always dry” surface helps reduce matting and fur loss, while allowing the skin to breathe naturally.
