These Terms & Conditions apply to consumer purchases made directly from Trinkety Paws through www.trinketypaws.co.uk.
Please read them before placing an order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

2. Our Products
We manufacture and sell dog accessories and related products.
Many of our products are handcrafted and manufactured to order in our Northamptonshire workshop.
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. However, colours can appear differently depending on screens and devices, and handmade products may show minor variations consistent with their materials and method of manufacture.
Such minor variations do not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of UK consumer law.
3. Product Safety & Suitability
It is the owner's responsibility to select an appropriate product and size for their dog and to use products appropriately.
Please follow any sizing, fitting, care and safety guidance supplied by us.
Dog accessories should be checked regularly for wear, damage or deterioration and should be replaced if they are no longer safe for use.
No collar, lead, harness or other pet accessory is indestructible. Products should not be left within reach of dogs that may chew them and should be used under appropriate supervision.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for goods that are faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer law.
4. Measurements & Sizing
Where a product requires measurements, please follow the measuring instructions provided on our website.
For made-to-measure or personalised products, we manufacture the item using the measurements and information supplied by you.
You are responsible for checking that information carefully before submitting your order.
If you are unsure how to measure your dog or select a size, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to provide reasonable guidance.
Advice based on information supplied by you cannot guarantee fit where the measurements or information provided are inaccurate.
5. Personalised, Design Your Own & Bespoke Products
Products manufactured to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may include Design Your Own products, made-to-measure products, products bearing personalised names or contact information, and bespoke commissioned products.
Please carefully check all specifications before ordering.
Once production has begun, we may be unable to change or cancel a personalised or bespoke order.
Applicable statutory cancellation rights do not normally apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, not as described or has not been manufactured in accordance with the specification agreed with us.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
After placing your order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
We may contact you if further information is required before manufacturing your order.
If we cannot accept an order, for example because a product or material is unavailable, a pricing error is obvious, we cannot meet a required specification or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply.
7. Prices & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected or indicated on the website.
Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before you complete checkout.
You must provide valid payment information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.
We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected order.
8. Production & Delivery
Most Trinkety Paws products are manufactured to order.
Estimated production and dispatch times are displayed on our website and may vary according to product type, order volume, seasonal demand and material availability.

Unless another timeframe has been expressly agreed with you, we will fulfil our legal obligations regarding delivery within the applicable statutory timeframe.
9. Ownership & Responsibility for Goods
Responsibility for goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them, subject to applicable law.
You own the goods once we have received payment in full and the goods have been supplied to you.
10. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Your cancellation, return, exchange and refund rights are explained in our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.
That policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights.
11. Faulty Products
Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose as required by law.

Your statutory remedies may include refund, repair or replacement depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Any additional warranty offered by Trinkety Paws is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
12. Care, Wear & Hardware Finishes
Product lifespan varies according to frequency of use, the dog, environmental conditions and how the product is cared for.
Normal wear and tear is not the same as a manufacturing defect.
Certain plated hardware finishes can naturally wear, tarnish or deteriorate over time, particularly following exposure to salt water, abrasive substances or harsh environments.
Where enhanced corrosion resistance is required, please select an appropriate product or hardware option where available and follow the care guidance provided.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights regarding faulty products.
13. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including Trinkety Paws branding, logos, product photography, graphics, text, product designs, collection names and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Trinkety Paws Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or use our intellectual property without permission except where permitted by law.
14. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under consumer protection legislation.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
15. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control where the law permits.
If such an event materially affects our ability to fulfil your order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and communicate with you where appropriate.
Your statutory rights regarding delivery and cancellation remain unaffected.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to your consumer contract within the United Kingdom.
Nothing in these terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you under applicable law.

The terms applying to an order are those made available to you when the relevant contract is formed, subject to any mandatory legal rights.
