Meet the Team
Meet the Trinkety Paws Team
Handcrafted with heart, from our Northamptonshire workshop.
Every collar, lead, and harness starts the same way, with a small team of real people (and two very opinionated dogs) who care far more than you'd expect about rivets, colourways, and getting your parcel to you fast.
Trinkety Paws began as a one-woman idea at the kitchen table, and has grown into an award-winning British brand trusted by dog owners, trainers, and retailers in 32 countries. But we've kept it small and hands-on on purpose. There's no faceless factory here, just eight of us (plus Ozzie and Cooper, obviously), cutting, sewing, packing, and answering your messages ourselves, every single day.
Here's a proper introduction to the humans behind your dog's new favourite thing.
Nadine - Founder & Director

Trinkety Paws exists because Nadine couldn't find a collar she liked enough for her own dogs, so in 2019, she started making them herself. That kitchen-table hobby is now an award-winning small business, and Nadine is still the one steering it: product design, production, trade partnerships, events, and the brand's overall vision all sit with her.
She's also usually the person replying to your email. Born and raised in Germany, Nadine says organisation runs in her blood, and she genuinely works best with several plates spinning at once, if the workshop ever goes quiet (which, let's be honest, it never does), she'll invent a new project before the kettle's boiled.
Outside of TP, 2026 is a big year for Nadine - she's marrying Lee, her partner of 15 years, in Germany. Alongside running the business and planning a wedding, she and Lee are also caring for their 14-year-old niece under a family living arrangement, who, now settled in, has started lending a hand around the TP team too. And of course, she's dog mum to our two chief product testers, Ozzie and Cooper.
Gemma - Direct Consumer Production Assistant

If you've ever been stunned by how fast your order arrived, that's largely down to Gemma. She personally oversees every direct customer order from the moment it comes in, making the piece herself, right through to dispatch, with a turnaround that often can genuinely go toe-to-toe with Amazon. She also keeps the whole workshop's quality control and day-to-day flow running like clockwork.
Away from the workbench, Gemma is a genuinely talented glass blower, crafting beautiful glass memory pieces in her spare time. She's previously run a four-dog household and now shares her home with Jet and Waffle and yes, Waffle the Miniature Schnauzer is a regular, much-loved visitor to the office. You might have seen her next to Ozzie and Cooper on our Instagram already.
Zoe - Trade Production Assistant

Zoe keeps our trade side running without a hitch, managing every larger-quantity trade order to make sure production stays fluent and uninterrupted, alongside the genuinely enormous task of keeping tabs on stock across our countless raw materials and hardware. She works closely with Tracy, who supports both Zoe and Gemma across the workshop.
Zoe's also our resident colour expert - she's the creative eye behind our Splatter Designs, coming up with the colour suggestions and variations that give each piece its one-of-a-kind look. Outside the workshop, she's currently planning her wedding in Italy this year, and at home she's owned by an Italian Greyhound named Tulipan.
Tracy - Workshop Assistant
Tracy is the newest addition to the team, and she's already indispensable, jumping in wherever she's needed most (which, fairly often, is everywhere) to help Gemma and Zoe get orders made, finished, and out the door on time. If there's a task to pivot to, Tracy's already on it.
She's also a keen sailor who takes on proper adventurous sailing holidays, and a talented singer in her local choir, where she recently performed a solo. At home, she's owned by Lloyd, technically a trainee hearing dog, but one who decided he liked life with Tracy's family rather too much and now lives with them permanently. We're fairly convinced that was his plan all along.
Thao - Production Assistant
Thao is our freelance seamstress and has been with Trinkety Paws almost since the very beginning. She hand-sews and finishes every one of our Premium and Classic Rope accessories, and was instrumental in developing our most refined rope collar and lead collection.
Thao is also, by unanimous office vote, our best cook, she regularly treats the team to incredible Thai and Vietnamese-inspired food. She travels back to Vietnam regularly to support a local orphanage as well. She's yet to have a dog of her own, but Gemma's Miniature Schnauzer Waffle has made such an impression on office visits that we suspect it's only a matter of time before Thao joins the rest of us in the dog-owner club.
Nicky - Office Assistant
Nicky is the number girl in our creative whirlwind, keeping invoices, admin, SKUs, and event prep on track, and supporting Nadine and the team with customer communications and getting wholesale orders correctly onto the system. Like Tracy, she's a natural at pivoting between tasks the moment something needs doing.
Away from the office, Nicky is a proud grandma to her granddaughter Florence, and a dedicated cyclist who commutes to work by bike whatever the British weather throws at her. She's also a keen camper, and her own dog is, unsurprisingly, fully kitted out in Trinkety Paws gear.
Lee - "The Lead Guy" Events & Workshop Support

Lee is Nadine's other half and, quite honestly, one of the reasons Trinkety Paws has managed nearly 150 events over the past couple of years - he can have the TP gazebo up faster than you can say "dog accessories." He's a regular fixture at shows, selling with real enthusiasm alongside Nadine, and steps into the workshop to help make products whenever a big order needs extra hands. All this fits around running his own scaffolding business - earning him the nickname "The Lead Guy" from fellow traders on the show circuit.
Ozzie & Cooper - Chief Product Testers & Professional Tail-Waggers

No introduction to Trinkety Paws would be complete without our two most important team members.
Ozzie, eleven years old, is our gentle senior statesman and official office greeter - he welcomes everyone, delivery drivers included, with a wagging tail and his signature big smile. His favourite part of the day is the food van, especially if there's a sausage going.
Cooper, one year younger, is the foodie of the pair, always up for a treat and happiest stretched out on the lawn outside the shop front, soaking up the sun.
Together, Ozzie and Cooper test every single new design before it ever reaches you - checking it's comfortable, practical, and properly ready for adventure. They're less "quality control team" and more the heart and soul of everything we make. 🐾
