FAQ's about our Sales & Clearance Products

Are items purchased in the sale eligible for returns or exchanges?

Sale items are classed as final sale - they are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their heavily reduced price. Please check your dogs neck measurements before ordering collars from our sale.

Can I cancel or return sale items simply because I changed my mind (wrong size, colour, or no longer want it)?

Unless otherwise stated, no - sale items are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.



Do you restock sold-out sale items?

All our sale items are limited stock or end-of-line. Once they’re gone, they won’t be restocked - so we recommend shopping early to avoid missing out.

Are sale items the same quality as full-priced items?

Absolutely. All our sale items meet our usual high quality standards. Discounts may apply due to discontinued colours, older styles, samples, or overstock. Some items may have minor visual imperfections, but are still safe and made to the same high quality as our other full price products.

Can I combine sale and full-priced items in one order?

Yes, absolutely - you can mix both sale and full-priced items in one order.

Please just keep in mind that if your order includes any handmade or non–ready-made items, your full order will be dispatched together once everything is completed. This may mean a slightly longer dispatch time during busy sale periods, but we’ll always work as quickly as possible.


Can I reserve an item during the sale?

Unfortunately, no. Sale items cannot be held or reserved - they are only secured once checkout is fully completed.

Can I amend or add to my order after placing it?

During busy sale periods, we may not be able to make changes once your order is processing. We’ll always do our best if you contact us right away. However if you are looking to purchase another item from the sale, we recommend you purchase this right away, as once stock is gone it's gone.



Will my order take longer to be dispatched during a sale?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Sale items are usually dispatched the same or next business day. However, if your order includes both sale items and made-to-order products, everything will be shipped together once your handmade items are completed. During busy periods, this may result in slightly longer dispatch times, but we’ll always work efficiently to get your order to you as soon as possible.
